Originally from Salem, Indiana, Dr. Natalie Katt received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, and her Doctor of Optometry Degree from Indiana University School of Optometry in Bloomington, Indiana.
While in Optometry School, Dr. Katt was an active volunteer, donating her time to Special Olympics of Indiana, school screenings, and Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH) service projects where she was given the opportunity to go on an optometric service trip to Jamaica.
During Optometry School breaks, Dr. Katt worked as an optometric technician and scribe at many of our locations and knew from early on that she wanted to be a part of the Dr. Black’s Eye Associates Family.
Dr. Katt is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Indiana Optometric Association. When not caring for her patients she enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, traveling, and running.
